Until today, there has been a general lack of awareness of the importance of biodiversity throughout this country, as well as significant knowledge gaps.
This policy is to ensure Malaysia is committed to conserve its biological diversity, promote its sustainable use, and ensure fair and equitable sharing of benefits arising from the utilisation of biological resources
Mainstreaming Biodiversity Conservation into River Management

Malaysian CSO-SDG Alliance
The Malaysian CSO-SDG Alliance is a network of civil society organisations, non-governmental organisations, think tanks, academic institutions and social enterprises whose work relate to the Sustainable Development Goals.
They serve as an independent voice of civil society in advancing the SDGs in Malaysia.
